      What is the wind form development process?

      While developing a wind farm, most of the steps are concurrent rather than sequential, so most tasks need to be going on at the same time. A big wind farm might have more than a dozen suppliers and service providers and more than two dozen supply and service contracts. Most of the equipment would also come from places all over the world.
