BorgBase and Yandex Disk both are the storage spaces provided by The Borge Collective and Yandex respectively. BorgBase is mostly used and basically designed for systems based on UNIX operating systems, while Yandex was developed for all types of systems.

BorgBase
BorgBase is also known as Attic Backup Software. It was developed as a backup and storage space and launched in 2010.
It is developed using the python language. The free storage space provided by the BorgBase is 5GB, and then afterwards, the user has to use the paid method to get the storage space on BorgBase software.
BorgBase also provides support for developer API. The maximum storage space provided by BorgBase is unlimited, where the user is able to save as much data as he wants.
BorgBase facilitates with no limitation for bandwidth or traffic on per day basis. There is no maximum file size define by BorgBase, user can save above 10 to 12 GB of file on BorgBase. There is no referral system define in BorgBase.
Yandex Disk
The Yandex, which was launched in 2012, facilitates its users with the cloud storage and file synchronization services, where user can save data and share it with other authorized users on through the internet. The free storage space provided by Yandex Disk is 10GB, and after using free space, the user has to use a paid method for further services and storage space. Yandex also supports developer API such as SDK, WebDAV, and REST. The maximum storage provided by Yandex to its paid users is 1024GB.
Yandex has put limitations for bandwidth or traffic on per day basis, which is a storage size of 200% per day. Yandex has also defined the maximum size of a file that can save on its drive, which is 2GB through web and 50GB through an application. The additional storage space defined for the referral system in Yandex is 10GB.
