Not at the moment.
There are companies working on the development of creating such tyres which are airless and immune to puncture.
A most recent example is the partnership between GM and Michelin which is working on the development of tyres which are puncture less and airless.
They would not be available before 2024. These tyres will be used as the replacement of both tyres and wheels. These tyres will be tested on Chevrolet electric vehicles known as Bolt.
