If we assume a conspiracy theory that coronavirus was a man-made virus, then who could be the culprit.
For instance, if China was behind it, why not it used some other countries for the testing ground. In case, if it was the US, the pandemic has still to hit the country badly. It is illogical for both countries to go to that irresponsible way while probably achieving very little.
Wars are in no one favour, but still, countries fight and spend so much on the defence, because they are inevitable. Some wars are so unconventional and invisible that general public hardly gets notice them.
In the past, epidemics such as ebola have swamped various developing countries. But they were quickly controlled. This time the location was different and ideal to be a global outbreak.
If coronavirus was a man-made the culprit wanted to hit the most vulnerable infrastructure of its rivals, that is their health sector. The culprit probably used the analogy of the hacking technology to send more traffic to bust the site down and get control of it.
With the coronavirus outbreak, when too many people get sick and start seeking medical help, it eventually leads to a national emergency.
In other words, coronavirus imposed an invisible war. It is killing people and causing unprecedented losses. It seems like Europe and the US are like under war conditions.
The question is if it was a man-made, so who could be behind it? It could be the one who potentially loses less but gain more. The only country which fits the criteria is probably Russia. It has been in the war and under constant sanctions. It put its rivals on self-damaging mode. Russians have string footprints in meddling, hacking infrastructure and even using a military-grade nerve agent in peacetime.
