Looking for some steel production costs figures, but cannot see much on Google. Some key cost components with benchmark estimates.
The costs vary with the company and its location. It also takes into account various other factors such as raw materials costs, labour costs, utility etc.
There are a number of companies who can provide such information but of course, it would cost some money. It may be worthwhile to look at one of the website called Steel on Net. It has listed some parameters here under BOF steelmaking costs
